Aregro retrieves them via the API that eBay provides to sellers and authorized applications for exactly this purpose — after your explicit authorization via your eBay login. No. You sign in directly with eBay (OAuth) and grant Aregro read access, which you can revoke any time in your eBay account. Aregro never sees your credentials.

No. Aregro only reads report and campaign data. You make all changes — bids, budgets, keywords — yourself in the eBay Seller Hub.

eBay provides campaign reports on a daily basis. Aregro fetches them automatically every night — so you always work with yesterday's state. Note that eBay can attribute sales up to 30 days after an ad click, so very recent figures may still improve afterwards.

ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) is your ad spend relative to ad revenue — the lower, the more profitable. ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) is the inverse: ad revenue divided by ad spend — the higher, the better. Aregro calculates both automatically for every period.

From your own data: Aregro compares your buyers' actual search queries with your set-up keywords. Search terms that sell but don't exist as keywords are suggested for adoption; terms that only cause click costs are suggested as negative keywords.

Aregro can be cancelled monthly. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.

The free trial runs for 14 days. After that it automatically continues into your chosen plan and the first payment is charged via PayPal. If you cancel during the trial, access ends at the trial's end — at no cost.
